December 12th, 2024 – Indianapolis, IN – S&S Diesel Motorsport is proud to announce the launch of its latest innovation in fuel pump technology, the Ordnance 650 High-Pressure Fuel Pump. This cutting-edge pump was meticulously designed, engineered, and advanced to meet the needs of performance enthusiasts and professionals who demand exceptional output and reliability.
When S&S Diesel Motorsport customers request a high-pressure fuel pump capable of higher output at extreme RPMs, their team set out to deliver exactly that. The Ordnance 650 is a testament to S&S’s commitment to meeting customer expectations and exceeding industry standards.
The Ordnance 650 is designed as a max-effort, max-RPM competition fuel pump, delivering an impressive 650 L/H maximum flow at 6,000 RPM. In addition to increased flow at high RPM, they’ve reduced return flow by 50% and lowered the required supply pressure by 30%.
This pump begins as a brand-new Bosch-based CP3, modified by S&S Diesel Motorsport, and receives a durable Cerakote finish to protect against corrosion. It’s assembled with a new flange featuring their gForce block now integrated, which eliminates g-force effects during launch and simplifies the design.
The Ordnance 650 will be available in Duramax, Cummins, and reverse-rotation configurations. Customers can also opt for the Gen2 SP3000 low-pressure supply pump. Each unit will include a detailed test report for added confidence in performance.
At this time, the Ordnance 650 High-Pressure Fuel Pump is not available for public purchase, and pricing has not yet been finalized. S&S Diesel Motorsport is targeting a full release in Q1 of 2025, and we look forward to providing additional updates as we approach the official launch.
